THE 5TH ARMENIAN ONCOLOGY JUBILEE CONGRESS

Armenian Oncology Congress is 5 years old now. The National Oncology Center named after V.A. Fanarjyan, with the support of local and international organizations, gathers the leading   specialists worldwide in Armenia and aims to develop the methods to overcome the modern challenges of the sphere, continuously improve the position of Armenian healthcare in technological
development with new, more ambitious programs.

The Armenian Oncology 5th Jubilee Congress “Oncology in Armenia: According to International Standards” will be held on February 1-2, 2025, in Tsaghkadzor.

There will be about 60 reports and more than 400 representatives of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, the National Institute of Health and the Yerevan State Medical University, oncologists of various specialties, public health experts and others will attend the event. The list of speakers includes oncologists from Armenia, Russia and Europe. The languages of the Congress are Armenian, Russian and English. The Congress is submitted for CME accreditation.

If you are interested to be a speaker on the congress with the presentation no more than 13-15 minutes you should send an application for participation in the scientific competition. Please send your full name, scientific degree, institution, the topic of the speech in three languages and a CV to nco.congress@gmail.com no later than December 22, 2024. All applications will be considered by the academic board of the organizational committee. The results of the competition will be announced on January 6, 2025.

There is a registration fee regardless of the type of participation (speaker or delegate):

• 60.000 AMD – early registration before December 22, 2024,
• 80.000 AMD – late registration before January 19, 2025,
• 120.000 AMD – late registration after January 19, 2025.

The registration fee for clinical residents specializing in oncology is 40.000 AMD in case of
early registration.

The registration fee includes participation in the congress, hotel accommodation (for one person in a double room), transfers Yerevan-Jermuk-Yerevan.
